about the job

• Act as the dedicated, primary point of contact for global clients handling all technical quality inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Lead cross-functional task forces (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deploy immediate containment actions and prevent defect recurrence.
• Spearhead deep-dive root cause analyses and execute airtight CAPA frameworks for all customer-reported quality incidents.
• Monitor critical customer satisfaction metrics and quality KPIs, delivering comprehensive data-driven performance reports to management.
• Maintain absolute alignment across manufacturing lines with client blueprints, internal QMS (ISO standards), and international regulatory requirements.
• Anchor the facility during internal, external, and client-facing quality audits while ensuring robust technical documentation control.
• Analyze client feedback and failure trends to champion continuous improvement projects that elevate site-wide quality awareness.
