Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead or Deputy, the Temporary Customer Service Support staff will assist the team with handling customer enquiries, email quality audits, incoming calls, customer survey follow-up, administrative inputs and updates, and data reporting support. The role requires accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach to support service quality and operational efficiency.

• Conduct email audits against established quality standards, guidelines, and templates.
• Record audit findings accurately and flag recurring gaps or non-compliance to the Team Lead.
• Handle customer enquiries received by phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information based on approved procedures, resolve general customer enquiries within the assigned scope, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers by phone or email to encourage completion of service surveys and gather relevant feedback.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of calls, audit results, survey responses, and follow-up actions.
• Support the team with timely and accurate administrative inputs, system or tracker updates, data consolidation, report preparation, and other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Team Lead or Manager.
• Comply with customer confidentiality, data protection, and company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service, call handling, quality checks, or administrative support is
preferred.
• Able to commit at least 6 months
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and following up by email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Meticulous, organised, service-oriented, and able to follow procedures consistently.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
