The business is a challenger in Malaysia's retail brokerage market, and competitors are ahead on user base and brand awareness. This leader owns marketing and growth with one mandate: make the company the number one digital brokerage for Malaysian retail investors, measured by funded accounts, active traders and share of retail trading value.
This is a growth role, not a brand-maintenance role. Success is judged on funded, active and retained customers, not im.essions.
What you will own1. Growth and acquisition- Own the acquisition plan across performance and digital channels, partnerships, referral and affiliate programmes, Marketing Representatives and offline events.
- Shift the mix from promotion-led to partnership-led growth: e-wallets, banks (including Islamic banks), employers, universities and investor communities.
- Manage acquisition quality: cost per funded account, funded rate, first-trade rate and active rate.
- Own the full funnel from sign-up to account approval, funding, first trade and day-90 activity. Work with Product and Operations to remove drop-offs.
- Run lifecycle and CRM programmes that lift balances and cross-sell across Bursa and US equities, derivatives, funds and cash management.

- Own go-to-market plans for every product launch.
- Build a local investor-education engine: multilingual content (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin), webinars, community and compliant creator partnerships, including under-penetrated regions such as East Malaysia.
- Lead P.R., media relations and thought leadership to build trust.
