the role
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships within the Supermarket and Convenience Store (CVS) channels, ensuring high visibility for an expanding portfolio of new SKUs.
- Lead and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) with top management to align brand objectives with retailer goals for long-term growth.
- Oversee on-ground sales operations and trade activations, including the management of merchandisers and the execution of high-impact roadshows.
- Drive healthy sales volume through meticulous sell-in and sell-out management, focusing on stock freshness and avoiding traditional "stock loading" practices due to short shelf-life requirements.
- Take full ownership of the commercial cycle, including account collection, statement settlement, and trade spend optimization to maximize ROI.
the experience
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales experience in Modern Trade (MT), with a specific and proven track record in managing Supermarket and CVS accounts.
- Solid background in the Food or Beverage industry.
- Demonstrated capability in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and a strong track record of planning and executing creative trade activations.
- Proactive and field-oriented professional, ready to go on-site to ensure on-ground execution perfectly matches the strategic plan.
