Draft, review, and administer commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs, ensuring technical scope aligns with legal obligations.
Maintain a central contract register to monitor critical deadlines, SLA compliance, penalty risks, and delivery milestones.
Partner directly with Project Management, Engineering, BD, and Finance to translate complex legal terms into operational action plans.
Secure and maintain technical permits, environmental licenses, and regulatory approvals required for automated equipment and energy deployments.
Standardize contract templates, legal SOPs, and compliance checklists to streamline project delivery cycles.

5-8 year of experience in corporate compliance

Prior experience in manufacturing, automation, renewable enery sectors.
