• Experience: Minimum 12 years of enterprise sales and commercial leadership experience, including P&L or revenue ownership at a country or business unit level.
• Track Record: Proven history of building a business, territory, or portfolio from the early stages to scale (versus running an existing, mature machine).
• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success selling enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, IT services, digital transformation, or system integration to Malaysian enterprise buyers.
• Local Network: Active, high-level network among Malaysian enterprise decision-makers (CEOs, CIOs, CFOs).
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating with lean infrastructure and building processes where none currently exist.
