• Territory Sales & Market Growth: Drive sales revenue and expand market share across the entire Johor region by proactively managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities for the primary dermatology portfolio.
• HCP Engagement & Relationship Building: Organize meetings, present products, and negotiate pricing with key healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Events, Performance & Reporting: Represent the brand at trade exhibitions and medical conferences, while preparing regular sales performance reports, presentations, and market intelligence to track regional targets.
• Pharmacovigilance & Medical Compliance: Ensure strict regulatory compliance by recording all customer interactions and escalating Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and Medical Information Enquiries within 24 hours of awareness.
