We’re looking for a Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising strategies across diverse categories, including snacks, toys, and collectibles, for a fast-growing retail group.

You will need to:
- Diligently identify, source, and select merchandise that aligns with the company’s brand and meets customer preferences.
- "Go-To-Market" (GTM): Coordinate relevant departments and support teams to execute initiatives from the marketing calendar.
- Accurately analyze sales data to forecast future trends, making informed decisions to optimize merchandise planning.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform and refine merchandising strategies.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of merchandise strategies, making necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5-8 years working experience in merchandising role
- Solid experience in managing for food/RTE, or toys & collectible items.
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and decisions.
