• Consistently meet and exceed monthly personal sales targets by driving high-ticket retail transactions within the boutique.
• Serve as the dedicated, single point of contact for a loyal base of HNW clients, delivering personalized and intimate luxury experiences.
• Actively nurture long-term relationships with existing VIPs while proactively converting warm prospects into brand loyalists.
• Maintain an absolute elite level of brand and product knowledge to confidently advise sophisticated watch collectors and investors.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a top individual sales producer in high-end luxury retail (e.g., Luxury Timepieces, Fine Jewelry, Haute Horlogerie, or Premium Leather Goods).
• Strong self-motivation with a clear history of consistently hitting personal retail KPIs and sales targets.
