About the Role
We are hiring a Project Sales Executive to manage and grow project-based sales across KL.
This is an outdoor sales role focused on engaging main contractors, developers, and consultants, handling long sales cycles, and supporting tenders and specification-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project sales for metal roofing and building material solutions
- Develop relationships with developers, main contractors, and consultants
- Handle BQ, tender submissions, and specification-based requirements
- Identify new project opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Follow up on quotations and support long-cycle project closures
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or above
- Experience in construction / building materials / metal roofing is strongly preferred
- Familiar with project sales, BQ, tender or specification processes
- Existing network with developers or contractors is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and regional travel
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
