This role connects engineering capabilities with commercial sales by turning customer needs into high-performing vehicle configurations. You will serve as the regional technical expert, ensuring compliance and unlocking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales discussions with regional importers and bodybuilders to win new business.
- Convert customer requirements into optimized and compliant heavy vehicle configurations.
- Create custom vehicle adaptations and special technical solutions for unique market needs.
- Support major tenders and RFQs by ensuring the technical accuracy of all product offers.
- Deliver technical presentations and product training to sales teams and external partners.
- Collect regional customer feedback and competitor insights to help guide future product updates.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering within the automotive or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong consultative selling skills paired with good commercial business acumen.
- Proven experience managing technical vehicle configurations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
