This role is designed for an ambitious, driven professional eager to fuel our regional growth and expand market presence. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our fleet and the site, navigating complex negotiations, coordinating equipment deployment, and managing key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capture fresh commercial opportunities within the residential, infrastructure, and industrial plant sectors.
- Develop and maintain a reliable, deep-rooted network of main contractors, subcontractors, and developers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from assessing client site requirements and preparing technical proposals to closing contracts.
- Monitor regional contract values and actively follow up on progress billings and accounts receivable collections.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to optimize equipment deployment schedules and maximize local fleet utilization.
- Monitor competitor pricing and local market trends to provide data-driven recommendations for team sales strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the construction machinery, building materials, or equipment leasing industries.
- Ambitious fresh graduates holding relevant technical degrees are highly encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Construction Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Foundational familiarity with the Malaysian construction landscape, basic CIDB regulations, and general equipment rental practices.
