About the Job
This senior leadership role defines and executes the commercial and market expansion strategy. Reporting directly to senior management and the Managing Director, you will lead the business development direction, spearhead overseas market growth, and bridge the gap between commercial strategy and R&D product pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive global sales, marketing, and market-entry strategies for advanced polymer solutions.
- Lead and mentor a specialized team of technical sales engineers and executives to achieve corporate revenue and expansion targets.
- Forge and maintain high-level strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, tier-1 electronics manufacturers, and semiconductor multinationals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams to manage product lifecycles and align innovations with market trends.
- Spearhead international business development initiatives and map out growth opportunities in untapped overseas territories.
Skills & Experience Required
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field, with a strong preference for Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the manufacturing or chemical sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales management, ideally dealing with advanced functional materials, electronic adhesives, or SMT chemicals.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of managing high-value corporate accounts and international distribution channels.
