• Direct and mentor field sales teams across Sarawak and Sabah, setting strategic targets, monitoring KPIs, and driving revenue growth across both East Malaysian states.
• Develop and execute tailored regional go-to-market strategies that address the unique market dynamics, local buyer behaviors, and commercial opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline audits, and joint customer visits to upskill team members, foster accountability, and achieve collective sales targets.
• Manage key client accounts, government stakeholders, and major regional distributors across the East Malaysia corridor to negotiate high-value contracts and expand business footprint.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison based in Sarawak, coordinating closely with central HQ leadership to ensure regional sales initiatives, resources, and reporting align with overall corporate goals.
