• Develop, implement, and facilitate high-impact onboarding and ongoing training programs tailored to sales methodologies, product portfolios, and clinical messaging.
• Partner directly with sales leadership to conduct field coaching, analyze competency gaps, and enhance account management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to build targeted training modules for critical product launches, regulatory updates, and market access strategies.
• Establish key performance indicators to track training efficacy, evaluate behavioral changes in the field, and continuously refine training materials to boost overall sales productivity.
