- Develop and improve customer care policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and execute the delivery of vacant possession to customers, ensuring all documentation is ready and compliant.
- Monitor and resolve all identified defects from validation to final completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate contractor schedules and provide performance feedback on rectification works.
- Prepare regular reports on defect rectification and other project updates.
- Lead pre-delivery and readiness inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Assess the quality management system and service quality standards to identify and standardize good practices across the company.
- Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and utilize other feedback methods to gather customer insights.
- Evaluate customer feedback to recommend areas for improvement that effectively meet company objectives.
- Collect and organize data for KPIs, customer feedback and complaint reports and the support system.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the property industry or service-related fields such as hospitality and banking.
- Highly customer service-oriented and people-oriented with a strong empathetic mindset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
