Key Responsibilities
- Secure new contract manufacturing projects and scale key accounts in the medical device and components sector.
- Lead cross-functional NPI teams to ensure strict adherence to production timelines, technical specs, and quality standards.
- Oversee product costing, establish pricing frameworks, and lead commercial contract negotiations.
- Analyze customer engineering drawings and collaborate with internal teams on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews.
- Manage regional sales forecasting and travel to regional manufacturing hubs to align with business partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B project management, account management, or commercial experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in manufacturing, with preferred exposure to medical device assemblies, specialized materials, or electronics.
- High technical aptitude with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and interface with production engineers.
- Willingness to travel frequently to domestic and international production sites.
