the role

• Design and deliver high-impact, persuasive training and motivational programs tailored for direct selling agents and distributors.
• Build high-trust relationships with key network leaders, influencing and driving them toward target achievements.
• Travel across Malaysia and Indonesia to conduct ground support, agent training, and network engagement.
• Deliver energetic, convincing public speaking and training sessions to large crowds and distributor groups.
• Gather field intelligence while assisting the internal team with the setup and execution of key corporate events, roadshows, and distributor gatherings.

the experience

• Min 1 year of experience in a sales, training, or network development role within the Network Marketing (MLM)/Direct Selling industry.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of building rapport with a field sales or distributor network.
• Enthusiastic and collaborative individual, keen to foster a strong team spirit.
