You will be the architect of a high-performance environment, balancing day-to-day business partnering with the long-term stewardship of our regional Talent Management framework.

Leadership & Capability Development: You will be responsible for activating leadership development frameworks and coaching managers to enhance team effectiveness. You’ll identify retention risks and design proactive interventions to keep top-tier talent engaged.
Organisational Evolution: Act as a consultant to senior stakeholders on organisational design and change management. You will ensure that workforce planning and team structures are lean, effective, and aligned with regional commercial budgets.
Performance Culture & OKRs: You will champion a culture of accountability by refining performance management processes. You will guide the business through goal-setting cycles (OKRs) and translate engagement insights into tangible cultural shifts.
