About the Job
This role focuses on driving new business development, securing high-value contracts, and managing key contractor relationships. You will act as a primary technical hunter while mentoring junior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new sales opportunities with EPCC main contractors and industrial plant clients.
- Present technical solutions including Ex control panels, junction boxes, and custom fabrications.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and commercial conditions to maximize project profitability.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to secure repeat business.
- Partner with internal proposal and engineering teams to prepare accurate, competitive tenders.
- Mentor junior sales personnel and provide regular pipeline reports to management.
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics) or Business with technical sales experience.
- Proven sales background in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, metal fabrication, or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and closing technical sales deals.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations across assigned territories.
