About the Role
Our client is aggressively pivoting their B2B social media strategy away from traditional, on-camera hosting toward a cutting-edge, AI-driven approach. Instead of acting as the literal face of the brand on camera, you will lead the charge in leveraging advanced AI tools to create virtual avatars, automated video assets, and tech-forward content. Joining a growing, structured department, you will work alongside a highly data-driven HOD to revolutionize their in-house digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end in-house B2B social media strategy across all key platforms.
- Utilize AI technology and tools to design, develop, and manage virtual avatars for content creation.
- Brainstorm, script, and produce creative, out-of-the-box content that aligns with the agency's stressful yet highly rewarding event landscape.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, working closely with a data-driven HOD to analyze engagement data and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the broader brand and marketing team to support pre-event promotion and on-site event coverage with high energy and fun.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates or junior professionals possessing a strong passion for AI, tech, and digital content creation.
- Technical Skills: Highly tech-savvy with exposure to, or a keen interest in, AI content creation tools, video editing, and avatar design.
