Key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building long-term partnerships while managing expectations and delivering strategic communications counsel.
- End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Lead the full life cycle of public relations campaigns, media relations, and events, from project planning and budgeting to final execution.
- Communications & Content Strategy: Drive media outreach, press releases, influencer engagement, and high-quality content development to support comprehensive communication strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, generate post-campaign reports, and provide data-driven insights to optimise future performance.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment through task delegation and quality control.
- Business Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities for account growth, support new business pitches, and develop integrated solutions that align with client objectives.

skills and experience required
- Professional Experience: 4–7 years in the public relations, communications, or events industry, including experience with corporate, FMCG, lifestyle, or tech clients and familiarity with the Malaysian media landscape.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in media relations, client servicing, and the development and execution of integrated campaigns and events.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and writing skills, with high proficiency in English
- Project Management: Strong ability to multitask, lead complex projects, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and deliver results under pressure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated capability in supervising, training, and mentoring junior team members.
