• Drive APAC Commercial Excellence: Shape and execute the end-to-end regional capability and training strategy across direct and distributor markets, directly elevating team performance across sales, marketing, and medical functions.
• Design & Deliver High-Impact Learning Solutions: Build localized, blended learning programs, spanning medical knowledge, selling skills, and leadership, that accelerate onboarding and power successful new market entries.
• Champion CRM & Digital Strategy: Own the regional CRM roadmap and drive end-user adoption, turning sales analytics and call reporting into reliable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Partner directly with Regional & Global Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to country heads, global teams, and distributor partners to align capability initiatives with high-growth business goals.
