About the Job

• Full P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth, gross profit targets, budget allocation, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure total branch profitability.
• Multimodal Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding execution across sea, air, and road to maintain high service quality and efficiency.
• Commercial & Business Growth: Execute strategic market plans, expand market presence, and directly manage key client accounts and commercial negotiations.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer service to foster a high-performance culture.
• Process Optimization & Compliance: Enhance operational workflows, evaluate carrier and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 8-12 years in logistics (freight forwarding), including at least 2–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity of managing branch P&L, controlling costs, and achieving profit targets.
• Multimodal Operations: Comprehensive expertise in sea, air, and land transport workflows and service execution.
• Strategic Leadership: Strong commercial mindset, excellent problem-solving ability, and a history of building high-performing teams.
