Randstad is partnering with a Global Fashion Retail Brand and seeking a VM Manager (fashion/sports retail) in driving force behind visual identity and execution across the market, ensuring consistency with global guidelines while adapting to local market needs.

• Plan and execute seasonal window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentation
• Ensure stores maximize turnover, profit and sell through by using retail space commercially through visual merchandising and space management.
• Work with buying department to develop packaging that reflects key objectives clarity to customer whilst maximizing product density per space.
• Work with project department to develop timely guidelines for refit and new stores on layout/ elevation, zoning and capacity.
• Maintain and coaching retail staff on visual merchandising execution

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in retail visual merchandising, preferably fashion or sports background
• Strong leadership and creative person
