About the Role
As the Branding Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand voice and the architect of our market reputation. Reporting to the Head of Sales in Malaysia , your primary mission is to build deep trust and demand among high-level HR stakeholders.
This is not just a strategic role; it is an execution-heavy position. You will lead a team of content creators to articulate our brand vision across multiple regions, ensuring we are the "top-of-mind" partner for enterprise HR solutions. We are looking for a proactive, agency-minded professional who can turn a vision into a tangible content calendar that resonates globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Articulation: Take the company’s core vision and translate it into a clear, consistent brand voice that builds trust with HR managers and C-suite executives.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive quarterly brand calendar, including LinkedIn strategy, white papers, and thought leadership pieces.
- Trust Signals: Increase brand authority by managing online mentions, award participation, and P.R. activities to boost market presence.
- Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of content creators to ensure all output is high-quality, on-brand, and strategically aligned.
- Market Expansion: Tailor branding efforts to resonate across diverse markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, and China.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in Brand Management or Content Strategy, ideally within a B2B tech or professional services environment.
- Mindset: A proactive, "hands-on" approach. You should be someone who defines the "how and what" rather than waiting for instructions.
- Execution Skills: Strong capability in content planning and P.R. coordination. You must be able to prove your impact through metrics like brand searches and follower growth.
- Background: We value candidates from agency backgrounds who are used to high agility and "growth-mindset" environments.
