We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager (Sports/Lifestyle) to lead the growth and performance of a leading sports & lifestyle brand. This role is responsible for driving brand strategy, product performance, marketing initiatives, and commercial execution to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and brand awareness.
• Manage seasonal product assortments, pricing, inventory planning, and product lifecycle in collaboration with merchandising and buying teams.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital activations to enhance customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and optimize commercial results.
• Collaborate closely with retail operations, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and regional/global stakeholders to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
• Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Build strong relationships with principals, suppliers, and business partners to support long-term brand growth.
