• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team across the Central and Northern regions to drive territory growth, sharpen customer-influencing skills, and consistently hit SFE KPI targets.
• Strategic Channel Growth: Oversee and execute multi-channel strategies across independent pharmacies, key accounts, and OTC wholesalers to expand distribution, secure product listings, and negotiate commercial terms.
• In-Store & Merchandising Excellence: Drive visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution at the store level while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine field tactics.
• Territory & Financial Management: Develop comprehensive territory business plans, manage promotional budgets effectively, and align field execution with national objectives while upholding strict industry ethical and compliance standards.
