About the Job
This role focuses heavily on strategic territory growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying untapped business opportunities, executing market entry strategies, and establishing the company as the preferred technical supplier for advanced functional materials across regional and international sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value business opportunities within the semiconductor, automotive, and electronics manufacturing ecosystems.
- Formulate and execute target territory growth strategies to expand market share and company footprint in regional and overseas markets.
- Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with client engineering, R&D, and procurement teams to spec-in advanced polymer solutions.
- Manage the complete product qualification lifecycle, guiding customers from initial technical consultation through testing, validation, and design win.
- Map out industry trends and competitor landscapes to position the company's technical capabilities effectively against global competitors.
Skills & Experience Required
A Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
At least 2 to 3 years of proven sales, marketing, or business development success within the chemical, electronics, or semiconductor industries.
Practical technical sales experience handling advanced materials such as functional adhesives, epoxies, silicones, or SMT assembly chemicals.
Strong commercial hunter mindset with an aggressive, results-driven approach to establishing new accounts from scratch.
Regional and international mobility with a willingness to travel to overseas territories for client engagement and market expansion.
