About the Job
Reporting directly to the Vice President, this position is a high-impact, pure hunter role tasked with scaling a new sales ecosystem. You will act as the technical and commercial champion for the brand, establishing strategic local and international corporate partnerships from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute aggressive market-entry strategies to secure new OEM accounts across aluminum extrusion, aerospace, and surface treatment divisions.
- Manage complex Request for Quote (RFQ) lifecycles, converting custom customer technical blueprints into highly accurate commercial proposals.
- Serve as the principal technical face of the organization, presenting advanced engineering capabilities to local and global procurement teams.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal production, tooling, and engineering departments to align factory capabilities with client design needs.
- Establish sharp regional market forecasts and track project pipelines independently to achieve corporate expansion objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
- Ability to confidently interpret complex structural product drawings.
- At least 5 to 8 years of proven success in B2B technical sales or business development within an OEM heavy manufacturing environment.
- Deep, fundamental technical knowledge of aluminum extrusion manufacturing processes and associated tooling configurations.
- Exceptional self-starter capability, with a history of building sales pipelines independently without requiring a pre-existing blueprint.
