As a critical pioneer for this new business unit, this role focuses entirely on aggressive market penetration, consultative solution selling, and securing high-value automation project wins. You will transform customer operations by converting complex logistical challenges into scalable, autonomous engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and hunt for new enterprise business opportunities across Malaysia and Singapore to grow the automation sales pipeline.
- Conduct deep-dive operational assessments at customer sites to uncover workflow inefficiencies and position autonomous solutions.
- Engage and build strategic relationships with decision-makers in operations, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
- Execute a structured B2B sales lifecycle from initial discovery and solution design to proof of value and final closing.
- Collaborate with regional technical and project teams to architect business outcomes, emphasizing productivity gains and cost reductions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in automation, robotics, intralogistics, or complex warehouse automation systems.
- Demonstrated track record as a pure sales "hunter" with strong capabilities in new customer acquisition and managing long enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent consultative selling and solution architecting skills, with the ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions.
- Strong familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments, particularly within F&B, Logistics, Semiconductor, or FMCG sectors.
- Self-motivated and agile professional comfortable with regional cross-border travel.
