This role focuses on the Off-Trade channel where the role will blend strategic key account management with an aggressive business development approach to secure new listings, optimize shelf share and drive volume growth across your assigned territory.
Actively hunt for market opportunities, secure new account listings, and expand the brand’s distribution footprint across the Off-Trade/HoReCa channel.
Act as a commercial partner to existing retail clients, identifying under-penetrated segments to maximize volume and revenue growth.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and trading agreements that align with long-term volume and margin targets.
Coordinate closely with trade marketing teams to execute high-impact in-store activations, visibility campaigns, and promotional schedules.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and changing consumer behaviors within the retail space to pivot sales strategies effectively.
requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales or account management experience within the FMCG or consumer goods sector, with a heavy emphasis on the Off-Trade / HoReCa channel.
- A strong passion for business development, opening new accounts and aggressively driving sales performance against targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills to manage joint business planning with complex retail buyers.
- Competent in data interpretation, market mapping, and route-to-market execution strategies.
- High agility, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
