We are looking for an experienced District Manager (Retail F&B) to oversee multiple outlets, drive commercial performance, and lead high-performing teams across the region.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall performance of multiple F&B retail outlets
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of KPIs through effective business planning and execution.
- Monitor outlet P&L, labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses to maximise profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and service excellence across all outlets.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams to build a strong leadership pipeline.
