We are currently looking for an E-commerce Manager for a market-leading e-commerce and distribution firm specializing in high-growth pop culture merchandise, including high-demand collectibles and Trading Card Games (TCG). This position focuses on assuming full operational responsibility for scaling a new team across key marketplace channels in Malaysia and eventually the broader SEA region.

the role
- Assume full operational responsibility for the lifecycle of product listings (New, Pre-order, Clearance) across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Lead the scale-up of a new e-commerce team, collaborating with Sales Managers to automate processes and penetrate the high-potential Malaysian market for collectibles.
- Conduct detailed commercial analysis to calculate competitive selling prices by accurately factoring in landed costs, international shipping, and platform fees.
- Execute tactical marketing strategies, including Promoted Listings and livestreaming initiatives, to drive traffic and conversion rates.
- Act as a bridge between internal logistics hubs and digital platforms, ensuring physical content creation (photography) and stock verification align with digital listings.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Min 4 years of e-commerce or digital sales experience managing high-volume marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.).
- Familiarity or an interest towards the TCG industry (Pokemon, YuGiOh) or Japanese-focused brands (Bandai, Takara Tomy, Good Smile) is highly desirable to aid in listing optimization and market penetration.
