About the Role
We are partnering with a globally recognized brand to recruit a Regional Commercial Manager (Fashion/Beauty/Skincare). This pivotal role will drive commercial growth, performance, and franchise partnerships across a diverse, multi-country portfolio spanning unique cultural, economic, and regulatory environments.
Serving as a critical global-to-local integrator, you will translate enterprise-wide strategies into market-specific execution across regions with varying levels of maturity, consumer behaviors, and operating models. Operating with significant autonomy, you will collaborate across geographies, time zones, and cultures to deliver a consistent, globally aligned brand experience while optimizing for local relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Financial & Commercial Outcomes: Deliver sales, profit, and key performance targets across multiple international markets, ensuring strict alignment with global commercial objectives.
Localize Strategy: Adapt global strategies—including pricing, assortment, and promotional cadence—for seamless execution across diverse regions and franchise partners.
Conduct Business Assessments: Lead ongoing business reviews with international franchise collaborators to identify market risks, growth opportunities, and necessary strategic interventions.
Manage Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary commercial contact for multiple international franchise partners, building and maintaining strong, trust-based, collaborative relationships.
Financial Forecasting & Planning: Deliver precise market forecasts, budgets, and financial submissions in close partnership with Merchandise Planning & Analysis (MP&A) and international franchise partners.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within international retail, fashion or beauty/skincare.
Business Acumen: Proven competence in full P&L management, financial forecasting, and monitoring critical business metrics.
Model Expertise: Deep experience working within franchise, licensing, or partner-led business models.
Cross-Cultural Agility: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and collaborate effectively across diverse cultures, geographies, and time zones.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel heavily (both locally and overseas) to engage with partners and manage regional market performance.
