We are seeking an agile, highly organized, and tech-forward Executive Assistant cum Office Manager to serve as the operational engine room of our Kuala Lumpur team. This dynamic role bridges elite executive support for regional Partners with full ownership of our local office operation
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Proactively manage complex international travel logistics, fluid calendar schedules, visa arrangements, and corporate expense/timesheet reconciliations for senior leadership.
Office & Project Management: Take full ownership of vendor procurement, daily facility operations, and serve as the central project lead for our upcoming corporate office relocation to a premium space in Pavilion, KL.
- Regional Language Requirement (Mandarin): Due to the cross-border nature of our investment portfolio and regional operations, professional fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a strict, mandatory requirement for this role. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison, handling fluid verbal communications and translating complex documentation for our offshore Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, cross-border portfolio entities, and leadership networks.

You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative, and high-performing team of 13 professionals in our Kuala Lumpur office, working in seamless alignment with our global headquarters in Singapore. You will report directly to and support regional Partners, providing both localized and virtual executive assistance.
