About the Role- Team Size: Direct reports include 1 Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, 1 Senior Digital Marketing Executive, and 1 Digital Marketing Executive.
- Working Arrangement: Full office / In-site (Staggered working hours: 8:00 AM/8:30 AM to 5:00 PM/5:30 PM).
- Job Summary: Responsible for leading digital marketing and e-commerce operations to grow brand visibility, customer acquisition, and online sales performance across digital and marketplace platforms. This includes managing a five-figure monthly budget, implementing integrated campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and driving a team toward 100% YoY growth targets.
Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to deliver 100% year-on-year growth.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across social, search, display, email, and influencer marketing channels.
- Build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions through scalable top-of-funnel strategies.
- Optimise campaign performance to achieve 4–6x ROAS and maximise return on investment.
- Leverage market trends, competitor intelligence, and consumer behaviour insights to continuously refine strategy.
Management of Social Media and Digital Content
- Plan and execute content strategies and calendars across social media and digital platforms.
- Lead internal teams and manage external agencies for KOL, KOC, and affiliate marketing activities.
- Oversee livestreaming initiatives and strengthen brand visibility across digital channels.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement, driving continuous optimisation.
E-Commerce and Marketplace Operations
- Manage e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Drive strategies to grow online revenue and optimise marketplace profitability.
- Oversee listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and affiliate programmes.
- Coordinate inventory planning and demand forecasting with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace platforms and external partners.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital advertising channels.
- Drive optimisation of SEO, SEM, retargeting, affiliate marketing, and conversion funnels to maximise performance.
- Leverage analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and deliver monthly reports with strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal digital marketing and e-commerce team.
- Manage the monthly 5-figure marketing and e-commerce budgets efficiently.
- Set team KPIs, define clear strategic directions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or e-commerce, with strong preference for candidates from agency backgrounds handling beauty, skincare, and cosmetics brands.
- Marketplace Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and driving consistent online sales growth.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, digital analytics tools, and marketplace advertising platforms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, set KPIs, and manage external vendors and agency partners effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay to support cross-market communication and content management.
