- Provide overall leadership and direction for business operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
- Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR
- Lead, coach, and develop senior leadership teams to build a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Optimise store performance through effective pricing strategies, promotion planning, productivity improvements, and enhanced guest experience.
- Lead end-to-end execution of new store openings, including pre-opening planning, recruitment and training, operational readiness, launch execution, and post-opening stabilisation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Experience in managing a QSR, fast-casual, or chain restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated success in scaling and expanding F&B operations, including leading new store openings and post-opening stabilisation.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in P&L management and driving outlet-level profitability.
- Experience in pioneering or setting up an F&B business are highly preferred.
