As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Prepare and implement the domestic business plan, overseeing sales process management, forecasting, pricing strategies, key account management, and market research.
- Synergize sales and marketing efforts across the region, guiding and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high retention of existing accounts and the generation of new business opportunities.
- Recommend optimized materials and customized solutions to clients.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant local legislation, competition laws, and internal corporate governance policies.
skills and requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven commercial experience within the construction materials, building accessories, or related industrial sectors.
- A proactive "hunter" who is results-driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the adaptability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically as required.
