About the Company
A leading HR Solutions and Technology firm specializing in regional workforce management.
About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the growth pillar with a singular focus: pipeline building and revenue generation. Reporting temporarily to the Head of Sales in Malaysia , you will be the driving force behind turning market interest into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). You will manage a specialized team consisting of an SEO Specialist, Web Developer, and Performance Marketer.
This role is designed for a proactive, "hands-on" strategist who thrives in an agile, testing-heavy environment. We value an agency-style proactive mindset—someone who is resilient, revenue-driven, and ready to execute growth experiments from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Ownership of the end-to-end lead generation funnel to drive consistent SQLs and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the SEO, Web Development, and Performance Marketing functions to ensure all digital efforts align with growth targets.
- Strategy & Testing: Develop and execute growth experiments across various channels; we prioritize a "test and learn" mindset over rigid corporate processes.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment on revenue targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally within a fast-paced agency or a tech-driven SME.
- Mindset: A high degree of resilience and a "growth mindset." You should be comfortable with ambiguity and have the agility to pivot strategies based on data.
- Revenue Focus: You must be inherently revenue-driven, understanding that marketing success is measured by its contribution to the bottom line.
- Background: We prefer candidates who have "built" rather than just "managed." Experience in large-scale corporate environments (e.g., major e-commerce platforms) is less desirable than hands-on, proactive agency experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with full-funnel marketing, including P.R. activities that support growth, SEO, and performance tracking.
- Availability: Maximum 2-month notice period (immediate starters or those requiring a buyout are preferred)
