Randstad is partnering with a well-established fashion/lifestyle brand to identify an experienced Head of Retail Operations to lead and execute the retail operations strategy in Malaysia. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing store performance, enhancing customer experience, and leading a high-performing retail team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail operations strategies aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and expansion initiatives.
• Lead multi-store operations to drive sales performance, profitability, operational excellence, and consistent brand experience.
• Establish and optimize retail standards, processes, and best practices to enhance store efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop retail teams while fostering a strong customer-centric culture.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business insights to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales growth, improving operational performance, and leveraging technology to enhance retail efficiency and business outcomes.
