We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager (F&B) to oversee the overall operations and performance of a food court. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer experience, managing tenants and vendors, and driving operational efficiency and commercial performance.

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth operations, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with food court tenants, operators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational standards and requirements are met.
• Monitor tenant performance and compliance with established SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and manage the operations team, including manpower planning, staff scheduling, performance management, and capability development.
• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner while implementing improvements where necessary.
• Review operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall food court performance.
