the role
- Take full commercial ownership of driving profitable volume growth, product distribution, and market share across international key accounts (IKAs), focusing heavily on hypermarkets.
- Develop, negotiate, and execute high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align organizational targets with key customer growth strategies.
- Strategize and implement consumer-facing promotional playbooks, shelf-space placement, and optimized pricing structures to accomplish robust organic volume growth.
- Measure, track, and perform rigorous data analytics on key account metrics to deliver actionable commercial insights and concrete action plans to management.
the experience
- Minimum Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience handling mass-volume accounts.
- Hypermarket channel experience (Mydin, Giant, Lotus's, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
