- Manage APAC-wide legal and compliance operations across approximately 12 jurisdictions, including entity management, statutory filings, registrations, and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support regional restructuring initiatives by helping to build more systematic and standardised governance and compliance frameworks across multiple entities.
- Conduct legal review and in-depth regulatory research, working closely with Company Secretarial teams to ensure accurate and timely compliance with local jurisdictional requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including development of internal systems (e.g. intranet-based tools) and use of AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency in legal and compliance operations.
about the requirements
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
