key responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule high-level meetings, coordinate travel itineraries, and act as a reliable gatekeeper.
HR Operations: Handle monthly end-to-end payroll processing, manage employee leave records, and ensure administrative HR compliance.
Office & Liaison Management: Act as the primary bridge between the executive office, internal teams, and external stakeholders to keep workflows running smoothly.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with general office administration andskills
Personal Assistantqualifications
At least 2 to 4 years of solid experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary, ideally within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.education
