• Strategic Brand Leadership: Formulate and execute high-impact commercial and branding strategies specifically for the consumer healthcare portfolio to aggressively expand market share and boost profitability.

• End-to-End Portfolio Management: Direct the entire product lifecycle, from spearheading new product introductions (NPIs) to optimizing the commercial performance and pricing of established wellness lines.

• Omnichannel & Digital Marketing: Turn complex scientific data and consumer insights into relatable brand stories, leveraging deep experience in digital marketing and integrated campaigns to maximize consumer engagement.

• Stakeholder Alignment & Sales Enablement: Act as a critical internal liaison, managing key stakeholders across Regulatory and Sales teams, which includes designing and delivering product training to empower the sales force.
