about the role
You will be working closely with your seniors and learn the skills required to be a successful recruitment consultant. Day to day task will be managing candidates and clients, matching them according to their talent. You will also be measured based on productivity and output.
- Managing expectations of candidates and clients
- Handling objections & providing solutions
- Involve in digital marketing as well as advertising
- Work as a team and helping team members
skills & experience required
- Bachelor Degree
- Years of experience in similiar consultancy background or fresh graduate who is interested in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented and enjoys challenges
