This is a newly created people manager position reporting to the Director. The role involves formulating and executing a comprehensive marketing and campaign strategy for SEA to support brand objectives and institutional growth. Responsibilities include directing student recruitment marketing initiatives across undergraduate, postgraduate, and clearing cycles, and implementing integrated marketing efforts to drive visibility, enrolment, and engagement. The manager will supervise the creation of audience-centric content and campaign assets while ensuring brand consistency, and coordinate logistics for high-profile activities like recruitment fairs and open days. Additionally, the role requires using market analysis and competitor insights for evidence-based planning, applying data analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, and overseeing regional resource allocation, financial forecasting, and budget management.
skills and experience required
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and campaign strategies, within the education, services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in people management.
- Proficiency in data analytics and using market insights to drive evidence-based planning and ROI reporting.
