About the Role
Looking to build a great career in B2B project sales across Johor's rapidly growing commercial and property developments?
In this role, you’ll be our key person on the ground in JB, introducing premium eco-friendly sanitary solutions, automated sensor fittings, and smart washroom management systems to commercial building projects, hotels, and developments.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for JB Projects: Spot upcoming commercial, residential, and hospitality developments or renovation (A&A) projects in Johor.
- Build Local Networks: Connect and build trust with architects, interior designers, main contractors, and MEP consultants to get our products specified into plans.
- Pitch Practical Solutions: Show clients how our sensor taps, automatic fittings, and smart tracking sensors save water and improve building management.
- Close Project Deals: Handle site presentations, prepare commercial quotations, negotiate terms, and lock in contract wins.
- Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on local development trends and regional project launches across the Southern region.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in B2B, project, or outdoor sales (experience in building materials, hardware, interior fit-outs, or construction supply is a big plus!).
- Independent & Self-Driven: You like working on the move, managing your own schedule, and taking ownership of your sales pipeline.
- Great Communicator: Confident building relationships and presenting to contractors, designers, and project managers.
- Mobility: Must possess your own transportation (with travel allowance provided) to cover the JB/Southern region.
