This role reports to the Regional Engagement Director, Southeast Asia, with strategic direction provided by the UK-based global recruitment leadership.
Develop and implement data-informed student recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia to achieve core institutional growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and line-manage the regional student recruitment team to support staff performance and operational delivery.
Cultivate and oversee high-impact relationships with recruitment agents, schools, pathway providers, and regional alumni networks.
Collaborate with international and local marketing, admissions, and academic teams to manage the conversion funnel from lead generation to formal enrolment.
Manage the regional recruitment budget and evaluate campaign success using CRM and business-intelligence tools.
Ensure all international recruitment activities strictly comply with relevant visa regulations, legal obligations, and institutional policies.
